In 2022, creatives and arts facilitators from Colombia and Canada traveled to Cuba to share and learn as part of El Evento de Ramón, a yearly landscape-painting retreat held in the beautiful region of Manicaragua. El Evento de Ramón has as its main focus the relationship of the artist with their environment. We had the opportunity to meet brilliant and generous artists and were amazed with the warm hearts of Cuban people, the richness of their culture, and the marvelous landscapes. 

Our residency allowed us to visit the towns and cities of La Havana, Manicaragua, Trinidad, and Guinia . We could not be more impressed, grateful, and moved by this residency experience.
