Nights Of Light

Activating Toronto’s public space with light, colour, and tradition, this project focuses on paper lanterns— a well-loved tradition across the world. Joined by over 60 seniors, we fostered space for intergenerational conversations while creating around 100 paper lanterns that will be part of various installations across the city.

We honour the keepers of traditions such as this one and would like to express gratitude to Festival Velas y Faroles Quimbaya for keeping the tradition alive in Quimbaya, Quindio, Colombia.

We also express our gratitude to Davenport Perth Neighbourhood & Community Health Centre for opening their space for us to work in the community. #ShowLoveTO
